A plastic changer injection mold is a specialized tool used in the injection molding process to produce plastic components by injecting molten plastic into a pre-designed mold cavity. The mold consists of two halves: the cavity (female) and the core (male). When the mold closes, these halves form a cavity in the desired shape of the final product. Molten plastic is then injected under high pressure into this cavity, where it cools and solidifies. After cooling, the mold opens, and the newly formed plastic part is ejected. This process is highly efficient for mass production of complex plastic items with consistent quality.
